Our Organizational Governance System:
Our organization operates under a robust governance framework guided by well-defined policies that ensure accountability and transparency. At the helm is the Board of Directors, which provides strategic oversight to the Executive Director. The Executive Director manages two key departments: Administration, comprising Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Procurement & Logistics, and Programs, which includes gender initiatives, project management, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).
