Hargeisa, Somaliland – On January 9, 2025, the Somaliland Community Action Network (SCAN) successfully hosted a Capacity Building Training on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA). This essential training aims to strengthen the implementation of the Climate Smart Food System Project, which is funded by the World Food Programme (WFP).
the training brought together 12 dedicated participants from both the project staff and the SCAN office. The session, which ran from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, was designed to enhance understanding of PSEA principles and practices, ensuring that all personnel are equipped to prevent and effectively respond to incidents of sexual exploitation and abuse.
