Food for asset extension has been going on several villages at Maroodijeex region.

In the early of Wednesday SCAN (Somaliland Community Action Network) has started a journey to oversee the activities and the work that has been going on the villages of Bacado, Gubato, Gaboobe, Ballayga Cas, Ballayga Cad, Beeyo Baxday, Burcada and Boocley.
This monitoring food assistance distribution is based on gaining data and insights from the beneficiaries to evaluate if the project is going on its planned way.
These villages are agro-pastoralist in their socio-economical perspective.
In the winter the income streams of these people is incredibly low due to the fact of climate change.
